Being a mom of babies while juggling home duties, work, a marriage, and the constant pressure of "being good enough" can feel overwhelming. But amidst the chaos, mindfulness and gratitude can help create moments of peace, presence, and joy. Here’s how you can incorporate them into your daily routine without adding extra stress to your already full plate.




1. Start Your Morning with Gratitude

Before your feet hit the floor, take a deep breath and think of three things you’re grateful for. They don’t have to be big—maybe it's the sweet snuggles from your baby, the fresh start of a new day, or a warm cup of coffee waiting for you.
