Return & Exchange Policy
At Babies Beginning, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of cloth diapers and hygiene products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligible Items: Returns and exchanges are allowed for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Ineligible Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, washed, or opened items, including cloth diapers, inserts, and wet bags, due to hygiene andsafety reasons.

Why We Can’t Accept Used Items
Cloth diapers and similar products come into direct contact with sensitive skin and bodily fluids. To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot restock or resell items that have been opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact us at support@babiesbeginning.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

If your request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Ship the items back to us in their original packaging and condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.

Cloth Diapers
Pre-Wash Before First Use:
Wash cloth diapers at least once before using to remove any residues and increase absorbency.

Daily Use Washing Routine:
Step 1: Rinse – Remove solid waste and rinse diapers if necessary.

Step 2: Wash – Wash diapers on a warm cycle using a cloth-diaper-friendly detergent.

Step 3: Rinse Again – Perform an extra rinse to ensure all detergent is removed.

Drying:
Line dry whenever possible to extend the life of your diapers.
If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.

Inserts
Pre-Wash Before First Use:
Wash inserts 2–3 times to maximize absorbency.

Daily Use Washing Routine:
Wash with diapers on a warm cycle.
Avoid fabric softeners as they can affect absorbency.

Drying:
Inserts can be tumble dried on low or line dried.

Wet Bags
Cleaning After Use:
Turn the wet bag inside out before washing.
Wash wet bags with your diapers.

Washing:
Use a gentle cycle with cold or warm water.
Avoid bleach or fabric softeners to maintain the waterproof lining.

Drying:
Air dry or tumble dry on low heat to preserve the waterproof material.

Additional Tips
Avoid Harsh Products: Do not use bleach, vinegar, or softeners, as they can damage fabric and reduce absorbency.

Stain Removal: Sun-dry stained diapers and inserts; sunlight is a natural stain remover.

Proper Storage: Store soiled diapers and inserts in a lined pail or wet bag until laundry day.

Avoid High Heat: High temperatures can damage elastics, waterproof linings, and fabrics.
